Very disappointed with myself. 

Gained 1.5 lbs. 

Did not work out this week because 1. very busy crazy 2. My gym partner is annoying.

I know these are not excuses!

Here’s the plan this week:

  • Continue Lent Sacrifice: No rice, soda and shopping for 40 days. I am including desserts except coffee as a another step.
  • Start bikram yoga and do boxing again. Run too.
  • Think like a vegetarian.
  • Start reductil again to help my binging. My endo prescribed it to me and i’m perfectly fine to take it so don’t worry.
  • Hit the 120 mark. 129 below.
